I feel terrible. It’s has been weeks and weeks… I can’t see the ends. Here’s how I got this far…
Back to 2 months ago… yah, is about last year.
I slept around 4-5 mornings everyday. Wake up before 10. That was the time to get to work. With the tiredness accumulated from the practice of events, I struggle very much in front of 2 LCD monitors. My only solution is to take in 1 or sometime 2 cups of coffee KAO. Yea, coffee saves my days all the time. And things getting worst when tiredness has mounted to its high tolls and I didn’t eat on time… empty pang couldn’t take coffee, it feels like a stormy sea inside your tummy… but I need it to lit my eyes open.
I thought it was over when events are over now. But I’m already having this discomfort where I will feel like vomit and lost appetite. Probably the emotional stress lately gets the urge of vomiting stronger. It has nothing to come out but ah… it just feel terrible. I didn’t manage to talk to people in the Sunday service… I need rest. Sometimes the vomiting getting so strong, I couldn’t walk straight. And I feel wore out laying there. I hardly sing, hardly talk. Coz the vomit mode is auto when every time I open my mouth.
Haih… I can’t think straight either.

ming, i enjoy the food mah.. is highly recommended by tracy u know. I find it nice too. But ah, i actually feel horrible when eating it, coz the vomit feeling keep coming one after another like a killing wave... I will take care of myself lar.. else, I cant go far this year.. Thanks..
Hey neighbor, is truely amazing to me that what u say is true. i never pay attention it. haha. I always just try to eat more and sleep more but never really plan it or make it happen. Haha. But this time I'll do it! I need to get back on my feet. Thankss..

take a few day rest at night, don't go out so often. sleep at home, recharge your battery.
i know what you mean exactly bro. been there too! hahaha.. normally due to a pileup of exhaustion and stress, but after awhile, like can get used to it adi. anyway, like everyone here said, take care, rest well and eat well. pray well as well, because that is where strength comes in too. :)

Ya. Is due to stress and exhaustion. I realized lately. I tot it was coffee alone. But it is not now. Is stressss… oh.. I’m so helpless at times. Oh well, I will see sunshine real soon. Lemme rest a little first. Actually, church is getting busy again.. haha.. anyway, thanks sista~~!
